Clinic management & booking: a CRM for clinics plus apps for patients and doctors.
Overview
The system includes a web management portal, a mobile app for patients and a mobile app for doctors. It runs on a cloud platform, staying stable under many concurrent transactions and ready to scale.

UI UX design
- Assisted UX research: data collection and competitive analysis.
- UI kit for the CRM website, booking app and doctor app.
- Site map, user journeys and task flows.
- Low-fidelity wireframes through high-fidelity designs.
Interaction design
- High-fidelity interactive prototypes for the key tasks on the management website and the doctor app.
The pieces
- CRM client: manages every interaction with current and potential customers.
- User booking app: patients book appointments at clinics on the network.
- Doctor scheduling app: doctors and staff manage schedules and the system on the go.
